I created this piece while observing surfers take motion of their waves.
I dropped the feeling I perceive from those riding those waves on every accident, splash and dripping on the paper.
Born and raised in Lima-Perú, and now residing in NYC, Alvaro Luna began drawing since he was able to utilize his hands. Having the opportunity to immerse himself in two strong cultures. Resulting in his unique perspective of his surroundings. Currently featuring his creation in multiple shows in the New York area, California, Lima-Peru and further more. Alvaro Luna continues to ignited a provocative, unapologetic, and sincere rendering in his artworks that stem from paper, clay, resins, watercolors and even Chocolate.
