Peggis Cove is a beautiful fishermen town in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Colourful houses and boats at the silent bays siding the brown wet huge clifs facing the wild waves of North Atlantic ocean. Fishing boats are leaving they moors and heading to the open ocean, later coming back with a catch of lobsters and fish.
Some of the boats work as a tour boats, taking people to the short trip on the dancing waves.
It is an original one of a kind acrylic on canvas painting. The painting is sold unframed, signed on the front, signed certificate of authenticity is attached as well.
Alexander Koltakov was born and have been living for 27 years in Crimea - the place is well-known for its fine mountains and sea landscapes. Thanks to his grandfather, he became acquainted and fell in love with painting in an early childhood. During the school years, he studied and painted at an Art Studio, and after leaving school, he continued to paint, improving skills, and engaged in figured woodcarving. In 1990 he immigrated to Israel, and 17 years later, moved to Canada. Currently, he lives and works as a full-time artist in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
